Pearse Farrell is a senior advisor to our Restructuring Advisory practice in Dublin and was a founding partner of RSM Farrell Grant Sparks (RSM FGS). He is widely regarded as one of Ireland’s leading experts in restructuring and insolvency.

In recent times Pearse has provided the vision and leadership in transforming the business and anticipating trends as they emerge in the marketplace.

Since the banking collapse in Ireland, he has worked with financial institutions and stakeholders in resolving highly complex debt exposures and structures. He has had an advisory or review role in many of the top developer led cases in Ireland.

Pearse plays a role in the strategic development of the Real Estate Advisory Group within Duff & Phelps. He has interests in and deep knowledge of strategies and operations within the Motor Retail, Media and Hospitality sectors in Ireland.

Over the past 25 years he has acted as receiver / liquidator in many of Ireland’s most significant insolvency cases including Four Seasons Development, Fleming Group (Sipter Development), Capital Bars Group, Eurofood IFSC Limited and Comer Textiles.

Pearse is a Chartered Accountant and a licensed Insolvency Practitioner (Great Britain and Northern Ireland).
